Why don’t we cook some lovely Sea Bream/ Dorade in the salt and then set everything on fire to amaze your guests ?
This is a super easy recipe that does not require any special knowledge. I give it 2/5 stars since we will have to use 2 kitchen gadgets: oven and blender.
This recipe shall not take more than 25 minutes of your time ( not like roasting a duck or a goose in a oven for 2-3 hours).

The sauce that I make is a simple and basic one that will go well with all kinds of seafood.
