TO MAKE THE BLACK BEAN BURGERS (approx recipe)⇣

Add cooked black beans, cooked lentils, raw walnuts, and sautéed diced white onion into a food processor and pulse until a crumbly mixture.

Add in BBQ sauce and seasonings of your choice to taste, then add enough breadcrumbs so that the mixture stays together when shaped.

Form into patties and freeze until ready to eat.

Fish in Salt and HELLFIRE! How to amaze your guests for dinner !

Hi All!
Are you tired of the same recipes for Xmas and New Year?

Why don’t we cook some lovely Sea Bream/ Dorade in the salt and then set everything on fire to amaze your guests ?

This is a super easy recipe that does not require any special knowledge. I give it 2/5 stars since we will have to use 2 kitchen gadgets: oven and blender.

This recipe shall not take more than 25 minutes of your time ( not like roasting a duck or a goose in a oven for 2-3 hours).

I will also explain and show how to check the freshness of your fish in my video.

Next time you can try this easy recipe with other great fishes such as salmon, cod, sole, perch and many others.

The sauce that I make is a simple and basic one that will go well with all kinds of seafood.
