Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you a healthy mac and cheese recipe that is easy to make and plant based! It is super quick to make and tastes decadent too. Plus it is easy to make and vegan mac and cheese too! Enjoy this healthy dinner 🙂

Healthy Mac And Cheese (Vegan)
1 box Banza shells
1 cup butternut squash, cooked
1/2 cup fullfat coconut milk
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp paprika
heaping spoonful garlic

Crumb topping:
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
350F for 20 minutes or until golden on top
